NFP Eligibility
- The Nurse-Family Partnership is a free program for low income prenatal mothers.
- Enrollment is required during pregnancy. Earlier in pregnancy is preferred (ideally before 28 weeks), but enrollment can take place any time prior to delivery.
- Income guidelines: 235% of the federal poverty level. If you have WIC or Medical Assistance you are eligible.
