Maternal & Family Health Service is seeking additional healthcare providers to provide comprehensive Family Planning and other related preventative health services as a sub-recipient of funding through Title X of the Public Health Services Act.  Interested providers should have the capacity to ensure access to comprehensive reproductive healthcare, with an emphasis on services to lower income women, men and teens.  These comprehensive services include, but are not limited to:

• Physical examinations
• Provide contraception counseling and education
• Manage FDA approved methods of contraception through the 340B Program
• Screening for STDs
• Cancer screening
• Treatment and/or referral for health problems and other related services
