Through our Send a Friend referral program, all new maternity patients and the person who referred them to MFHS will both be rewarded with a $50 VISA® gift card.

Here’s how it works:

A new MFHS maternity patient makes an appointment and completes their first prenatal care at our MFHS Circle of Care location [640 Madison Avenue, Scranton]. At the end of the first prenatal visit, the new patient receives a $50 VISA® gift card.

The new patient gives us the name of the person who referred them to MFHS. The front desk staff will hold that person’s $50 VISA® gift card at our front desk for easy pickup during core business hours. It’s that simple. Really!

There is no limit to how many new maternity patients you can refer. You do not need to be a current or past MFHS patient; employee; or be affiliated with MFHS in any way to refer a new patient. Anyone is encouraged and welcome to make a referral to our maternity providers. Each $50 VISA® gift card will be given in person after the referred individual schedules and completes their first prenatal visit. This offer includes gift cards only; no cash equivalent will be provided. Sorry, we cannot mail gift cards. This offer applies to new prenatal [maternity] patients only.
