Nurse Family Partnership
MFHS Nurse-Family Partnership nurses are accepting new clients via telehealth only during the pandemic. New clients can call 570-826-1777 ext 1005 for more information.
The NFP is a voluntary program giving first-time moms valuable knowledge and support throughout pregnancy and until their babies reach two years of age. Partnering first-time moms with caring nurse home visitors empowers mothers to confidently create a better life for their children and themselves.
The NFP nurses start working with first-time moms early in pregnancy. By meeting with moms early in pregnancy, our nurse home visitors address questions and concerns, prepare moms for childbirth, and help ensure a healthy baby.
From helping you have a healthy pregnancy, to coaching on child development, to supporting your breastfeeding goals, to empowering you to pursue your heart’s desire, the nurse home visitor will always be there for you, so you can be there for your baby.
