Our final award recipient of the 2014 MFHS Annual Meeting is the Victims’ Intervention Program of Wayne County, our Outstanding Community Partner of the year.  Victims’ Intervention Program was nominated for their ongoing partnership with MFHS in preventing domestic violence in Wayne County. The organization is active in the community, and helps MFHS in educating our participants about domestic violence. They work closely with our staff in the region on teen outreach, even doing community education with our nurse practitioners in the local schools.
Congratulations to all the staff at Victims’ Intervention Program and thank you for your hard work and dedication to ending domestic violence in Northeast Pennsylvania.
