V. P. OPERATIONS AND RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT
Well-established, nonprofit organization seeking a VP of Operations and Development to provide management oversight of our operational programs and fund development. This VP will be a key member of our executive team who will play an integral role in implementing the strategic plan for the organization.  Women’s healthcare experience preferred.  Must have proven analytical skills in organization, planning and the development of long-range plans.  This executive must also have proven ability to institute operational changes that produce long term revenue enhancements.
Education/Experience:  Advanced level knowledge in program operations and fund development preferably in the non profit sector.  Master’s level preferred or equivalent of 4 years executive level  experience.  Strong leadership skills, demonstrated proposal writing and research skills, ability to set and manage multiple priorities and deadlines, advanced interpersonal skills and the ability to present to the public.  Supervisory skills and a team player.

Nutritionist/RN
Well established non-profit organization seeking two individuals, one to be based in Nanticoke and one to be based in Lehigh Valley, to serve as Breastfeeding Peer Counselor Coordinators for WIC Programs. Individuals required to have BS/Nutrition or RN and one year breastfeeding counseling experience. Full time/travel required. Salary commensurate with experience. Clinic Nurse Part Time
Reproductive health care program in Hazleton seeking a PA licensed LPN or RN.  Individual will provide counseling/education to clients, dispense meds and supplies, and assist with misc. clinic duties.  Women’s health/family planning/gyn experience preferred. Part time, 45 hours every 2 weeks, with some evenings required, no weekends.
