MFHS Employee Disaster Recovery Plan
The following is the MFHS Disaster Recovery Plan for the Administrative Offices located at 15 Public Square, Wilkes-Barre, PA. The purpose of this document is to provide a response and action guide in the event of a disruption of Maternal and Family Health Services, Inc. ability to maintain the administrative services necessary for the support of our patient service locations.
Individual disaster plans have been created for all WIC and Family Planning direct service sites. These individual plans contain site-specific details including roles of staff members and instructions unique to each site’s layout and geographical location. Plans are available in hardcopy at each site and on the MFHS employee webpage.
